How to Start a Business; Writing a Business Plan’s Company Description

Now that we’ve really broken down one of the most crucial part of you business plan, the Executive Summary, let’s do a portio that is much easier, the Company Description. 

The Company Description, pretty self-explanatory, you say. Well, that’s partially true. You could pump out a generic line about what your company does, that’s simple. But your business is different, right?

So, really, who are YOU? What are you doing here? What inspired you? Why do you do it? And who do you do it for? 

We all can be punching a time clock for a guaranteed paycheck but we’re not. We’re bold and brave and are taking a big risk. Try and be real and genuine here and you’ll do great!
